The service
Nia connects a business's WhatsApp number, answers customers automatically through Amina, and lets the business's own staff take over any conversation from the Inbox. Availability depends on WhatsApp, which is outside Nia's control.
Terms
These terms apply to a business using Nia and to the people it gives accounts to.
Last updated: September 11, 2026Nia connects a business's WhatsApp number, answers customers automatically through Amina, and lets the business's own staff take over any conversation from the Inbox. Availability depends on WhatsApp, which is outside Nia's control.
Amina drafts and sends replies automatically from the business's number, using the content the business gives her. The business remains responsible for what is sent from its number, and can take any conversation over at any time.
Plans and prices are those published on niainteract.com. A business on a paid plan pays for the plan it has chosen; if payment is not made, Nia may suspend access until it is.
Nia may suspend a business's access for non-payment, for a security risk, or for a breach of these terms or of WhatsApp's rules. Where it is safe to do so, Nia will say why.
It stays the business's. Nia processes it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and deletes it on request and on account closure.
Nia is provided as it is. Nia is not responsible for WhatsApp being unavailable, for Meta's decisions about a number or a template, or for what a business chooses to send from its own number. To the extent the law allows, Nia's liability to a business for any claim is limited to the fees that business paid to Nia in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute under them is for the courts of Kenya.
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continued use of Nia after a change is acceptance of the changed terms.
Questions go through the support contact published in your Nia workspace; if your business has not set one, ask the person who owns your Nia account.
