Getting started
- Sign in at niainteract.com with the email your invitation was sent to.
- Open Channels at niainteract.com/admin/channels and connect the WhatsApp number your business answers on. Once a chat is open in the Inbox, Settings is also the gear beside your initials.
- Open AI Memory and give Amina the information she should answer from — your services, prices, hours and anything else a customer asks about. AI settings is where you set how she behaves.
- Open the Inbox. New WhatsApp messages arrive there, and Amina answers the ones she can.
- Take a chat over at any time from the Inbox: Amina stops answering that conversation and you reply yourself.
If a customer says nobody replied
- Open Channels and check the number is switched on — a paused number receives messages but sends nothing.
- On the same page, open the recent provider events for that number: they show what WhatsApp sent and the reason anything was dropped.
- Check the chat in the Inbox. If it is assigned to a person, Amina is deliberately silent on it.
- WhatsApp only allows a free-form reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that the reply must use an approved template.
If you cannot sign in
- Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page — the link is sent to the address on your account.
- If no email arrives, check spam, then ask an Owner or Admin in your business to confirm the address on your account.
- Only an Owner or an Admin can invite a new user or restore access to a suspended one.
Broadcasts
- Broadcasts is under Settings: campaigns, the numbers you upload, your templates, what a send will cost, and who is allowed to run one.
- WhatsApp must approve a template before it can be broadcast, and approval is Meta's decision, not ours.
- Only people your Owner has allowed can create or approve a broadcast.
